AJ Gallagher has named Tom Gallagher as president, and Patrick Gallagher as chief operating officer of the firm effective January 1, 2024.

Pat Gallagher, who previously held the role of president, will remain chairman and CEO. He became president in 1990, CEO in 1995 and chairman of the board in 2006.
