Ryan Specialty agrees to buy AccuRisk from Ardonagh

Ryan Specialty has signed an agreement to buy medical stop-loss MGU AccuRisk from Ardonagh.

Chicago-headquartered AccuRisk generated around $25mn in revenue during the year to July 31.

Ardonagh agreed to buy AccuRisk in April 2021 through its asset management unit Ardonagh Global Partners.
