Progressive to start rolling back non-rate actions in Q4: CEO Griffith

Despite ongoing challenges in personal lines, Progressive is gearing up to accelerate growth into 2024 by dialing back a series of non-rate actions taken earlier this year, CEO Tricia Griffith told analysts on the carrier’s third quarter earnings call Wednesday.

The carrier would be “measured” with the approach given the amount of uncertainty in the market but press ahead in the “relatively near future”, the CEO said.
