Arch has formed an intangible assets team following an agreement to acquire certain assets of Aon’s intellectual property (IP) liability MGA business.

The five-person underwriting team will be led by Ian Lewis, who has been named head of intangible assets. He will report to Duncan Smith, head of professional lines.
