HDI Global has agreed to acquire Indiana Lumbermens, a subsidiary of Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual.

Indiana Lumbermens’ parent company Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual confirmed in a statement to this publication that the transaction is currently pending before the Indiana Department of Insurance and is subject to its approval.
