Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has promoted Courtney Turnage Walker to the newly created position of US head of contract surety.

Prior to her appointment, the executive served as senior vice president, surety underwriting.

Turnage Walker has over three decades of surety experience in underwriting, consulting and claims roles, including a stint as surety claims counsel.
