AM Best has removed the ratings of Clear Blue Insurance Group from under review with negative implications and affirmed its credit ratings, saying the fronting carrier has managed to replace reinsurance capacity and raise $25mn in capital in the aftermath of the Vesttoo scandal.

The fronting company currently has a Long-Term Issue Credit Rating of “A-“, and Financial Strength Rating of “A-”, both of which are assigned a stable outlook.
