California brokerage Inszone Insurance has received a strategic investment from New York private equity firm Lightyear Capital to boost its growth strategy.

In addition to Lightyear’s capital injection, the firm’s current backer BHMS has agreed to roll a material portion of its existing equity and make an additional investment alongside Lightyear.
