Vanbridge, a subsidiary of EPIC Insurance Brokers, and investment banking firm GreensLedge have formed a joint venture company, Convergence Point Solutions (CPS), and have launched an Alternative Letter of Credit (ALOC) facility that allows companies to post collateral for casualty insurance programs.

The ALOC facility is designed for companies operating in industries that traditionally need to post significant collateral for their casualty insurance programs, a requirement that reduces their credit capacity and impacts liquidity and working capital.
