Bain Capital has invested $200mn into GuideOne to launch a mutuals platform, to be called The Mutual Group. 

The Mutual Group is being created through Bain’s acquisition of the operational platform of GuideOne Insurance Company. GuideOne will serve as the group’s inaugural member.
