Inszone buys Californian broker LPL in first deal after Lightyear investment

Californian retail broker Inszone Insurance has struck a deal to acquire LPL Insurance Agency for an undisclosed amount.

The deal marks Inszone's first tuck-in acquisition after the brokerage received a capital injection from private equity firm Lightyear Capital alongside an additional investment from existing backer BHMS a month ago.
