Kinsale’s Kehoe to become board chair, Haney assuming president role

Specialty insurance group Kinsale Capital announced that CEO Michael Kehoe will hand off his role as company president to EVP and COO Brian Haney and become chairman of the Kinsale board.

Kehoe will remain CEO, while current board chair Robert Lippincott III will become lead independent director. The changes will be effective as of March 1, 2024.
