USI insurance Services forecasts that most property renewals in H1 2024 will end with less than a 20% rate increase, apart from accounts with poor loss history or high concentration in catastrophe zones.  

Such accounts could experience hikes of little over 30%.

In its 2024 P&C market outlook report, the brokerage noted that property rates are expected to increase, but not at the same pace as seen last year.
