WR Berkley Syndicate 1967 is suing a group of 13 reinsurers for $90mn relating to two reinsurance treaties.

The two excess of loss treaties, one brokered by JLT and the other Aon, covered several classes of business and ran from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020.
