Bowhead Specialty anticipates raising between $93mn and $106.6mn from its IPO, priced at $14-$16 per share.

The private equity-backed specialty insurer also expects to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 1,000,000 shares at the initial IPO price.
