Ryan Specialty is in final discussions to acquire Innovisk Capital Partners from Abry Partners and BHMS Investments.

As a result of the acquisition, Innovisk would become part of Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers (RSUM), the underwriting management segment within Ryan Specialty.
