Megan Bell.png

Megan Bell

Megan Bell is the Senior Vice President, Marketing at Falvey Insurance Group.

She leads Falvey Insurance Group’s marketing and communications and customer experience initiatives, and prior to this role, Megan worked in numerous marketing and sales support roles, primarily at consumer-packaged goods companies.

Megan earned her B.A. in English Communications and Spanish from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA in 2010. In 2022, she created the award-winning speaker series, Women at the Helm.

Her success with this project became the catalyst for Megan’s award-nominated women in insurance podcast called InsHER, which is dedicated to candid conversations with the many incredible women making up the insurance industry.

Trevor Gandy

Trevor Gandy is the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at AXA XL.

In this role, he collaborates closely with executives and their teams to ensure the company’s global reputation as an inclusive organization that promotes and leverages the business value of diversity and inclusion.

Mr. Gandy received his bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University and has completed an Executive Education Program for Senior Human Resources Executives at Stanford University.

He currently sits on the Board of Trustees of the Montclair Film Festival and has previously sat on the Board of Trustees of the Tri-County Scholarship Fund, and on the Board of Directors of the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW).

Alicia Santocki

Alicia Santocki is the Executive Vice President of BMS Re.

She is also part of ProLink Solutions, the company’s dedicated team of industry experts that develops strategies and tailored solutions for program managers throughout the lifecycle of an MGA.
 

Prior, she built her professional foundation on Wilson Elser’s Program Management team by coordinating claim and litigation management counsel and coverage, in addition to monitoring counsel for carriers based in the U.S., Bermuda and London.

Alicia holds a B.A. from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. In her leisure, she volunteers her time to the Steering Committee for the PLUS Hartford Chapter and proudly serves as an Ambassador for RISE Professionals.

David Cayemitte

David is the CEO of Embrace Partners, Inc., a business he founded in 2021.

The company is driven by the mission to align corporate America's insurance distribution channels with supplier diversity goals for spending with MWBEs.

David is a seasoned leader with over three decades of experience in the corporate insurance sector. His career began at the industry giant, American International Group (AIG), and continued at Travelers, where he honed credit and financial analysis skills over a 21-year underwriting and executive leadership tenure.

Since 2005, he has been a prominent figure in the Minority, Women and Veteran-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE, SDVOB) market.
